Challenge:
Creating this TSIA campaign came with its own set of challenges. Capturing the subtle tension of team dynamics required precise storytelling and casting to show the struggles of conformity. We also faced the task of balancing humor with the serious implications of mishandling the decision process, ensuring the message was clear without feeling heavy-handed.
Approach:
Our secret sauce? Spot-on casting. We found the perfect crew to nail the awkward, “are we really all agreeing?” vibe with chemistry that made every scene pop. The location? What better place to tackle groupthink than a golf course? The open greens gave us plenty of space for the cast to let loose, bringing their A-game and chemistry that clicked from the first take. The contrast of the calm, controlled setting with the bubbling team dynamics made for some great visuals.
